ABOUT Carlsberg Croatia
First founded in the Croatian market in 1971 as the Pannonian Brewery, a part of Podravka. The Pannonian Brewery received its first license agreement to launch Tuborg on the Croatian market in 1972. Carlsberg later gained some interest in the brewery and became a shareholder in 1994. In 1997, the Pannonian Brewery received foreign interest and investment to build a new brewery. This new brewery was one of the most modern breweries in Europe at the time. In 2002, Podravka sold its shares to Carlsberg Group. In March 2004, the Pannonian Brewery was renamed to Carlsberg Croatia.
Carlsberg Croatia today is one of the most modern and ecologically equipped breweries in the region and located in Koprivnica. They have license agreements to produce brands like Carlsberg, Somersby, Tuborg, Grimbergen and Holsten for the Croatian market. They are also the exclusive importers and distributors for Budweiser Budvar and Guinness.

PAN LAGER
Pan Lager was first launched on the Croatian market in 1997. Pan lager is characterized by its flavor from reduced bitterness and a lower alcohol content, and its refreshing rich taste. Pan lager is combined with two Croatian hop varietals to create this well blended, light, refreshing and crisp beer.
Pan Lager has won Gold Medal at Monde Selection in 2011 and 3 stars at Superior Taste Award in 2015.

PAN ZLATNI (GOLDEN) LAGER
Pan Zlatni (Golden) was launched in 2009. Pan Zlatni was created when 600 beer lovers from Croatia came together to pick the taste, color, appearance and name of the beer. Pan Zlatni is characterized by subtle tones of caramel from the roasting of different malt varietals, its rich and full flavor come from special hop varietals grown in Croatia.
Pan Zlatni has won many awards, Silver Medal at the 2012, 2013, and 2015 Monde Selection. As well as medals at the 2010, and 2012 Superior Taste Awards.
